License and Site Access
Reno's Appliance grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Reno's Appliance and Retailer Web Services LLC. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Reno's Appliance and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

All items purchased from Reno's Appliance are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

When you make purchases from Reno's Appliance using your major credit card, you agree to honor the terms and conditions of your cardholder agreement. Reno's Appliance is not responsible for items lost in shipping (see "Risk of Loss")

Reno's Appliance and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Reno's Appliance does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Reno's Appliance itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. For certain items that are offered as a set, the List Price may represent "open-stock" prices, which means the aggregate of the manufacturer's estimated or suggested retail price for each of the items included in the set.
We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Shipping
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. The particular product(s) purchased will dictate the available shipping options.

Reno's Appliance currently ships to the contiguous 48 states. We do not ship internationally or to Alaska or Hawaii. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method and your shipments destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the product sold, the final destination of the delivery and any special delivery conditions or the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax.
Reno's Appliance will make every attempt to provide you with an accurate estimate of delivery charges during checkout. If additional information or a custom shipping quote is required, you will be contacted by a Reno's Appliance representative to work out shipping details and charges.
Reno's Appliance reserves the right to choose the best method of shipping your product to you. This includes but is not limited to: Reno's freight delivery, UPS, 3rd party shipping.
Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty (30) days of the purchase date are eligible for refund or exchange. Items more than thirty (30) days after the purchase date are not eligible for return. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
All returns must be pre-authorized by Reno's Appliance. Please e-mail return requests to Returns@buyrenos.com Include your name, order number, the model number of item you would like to return and the reason for return. A return authorization (RA) number will be issued to you and must be included with your return item. Ship to Reno's Appliance warehouse by a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. Alternatively, you can save return shipping charges, you can also drop off at the following address.

Returns are not accepted at retail stores. Returns without return authorization (RA) numbers will not be credited.
All returns must be clean, undamaged, include original packaging, manuals, accessories, etc. Returns that cannot be re-sold as new will be assessed a 20% restocking charge.
This policy applies to internet sales only and does not apply to product purchased through Reno's Appliance retail showrooms.

By visiting Reno's Appliance, you agree that the laws of the state of Arizona, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Reno's Appliance, Retailer Web Services LLC, or its affiliates.

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Reno's Appliance or to products you purchase through Reno's Appliance shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Phoenix, Arizona, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Reno's Appliance's or Retailer Web Services LLC's intellectual property rights, Reno's Appliance or Retailer Web Services LLC may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Arizona, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
